MBL Audio Radialstrahler 101 X-treme Loudspeaker offers seamless sound from top to bottom
The commanding MBL Audio Radialstrahler 101 X-treme Loudspeaker is a whopping thirty-six hundred pounds of purely exquisite sound. They are also showstoppers for any audiophile's room and nothing about these behemoths is second-rate. To put things simply, they are BIG. MBL put considerable energy into producing the Radialstrahler 101 X-treme Loudspeakers. They took speaker energy conservation to an entirely new universe. All bass, middle, and high-tone units are fully coordinated with one another and function on an axis of 180 degrees. What does this mean? All impacting forces are therefore neutralized and the system can function in harmony. All MBL Audio Radialstrahler 101 X-treme Loudspeaker volume levels are active and do away with energy-wasting impulse oscillations that afflict conventional loudspeakers and the air they contain. Additionally, the two subwoofer towers can be actively fitted to the room to avoid erasement and ensure transmission of the full music signal. At first glance, the first thing you notice is their lack of cabinets and oval-shaped omnidirectional drivers. The bottom of Radialstrahlers is mounted on a massive birchwood bass, brass, and aluminum. The upper set is fastened to a similarly massive top section with a high-quality dynamic “ ambiance tweeter” nestled out of sight on its roof. Thick columns of stainless steel and cross members of powder-coated brass provide top-to-bottom and side-to-side structure and support. Each speaker weighs half a ton. They have an outstanding dynamic range and a soundstage that is nearly endless. With bass that is nearly capable of blowing holes in the walls and enormous power, these speakers have no trouble filling a large room. The Radialstrahler 101 X-treme Loudspeaker has a three-dimensional midrange that only MBL loudspeakers seem to have. They carefully and precisely reproduce even the most delicate symphonies. Ultimately, they are the real deal.
