Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive your item and the box looks damaged, please immediately take a photo of the damage before proceeding.
If we have the item you purchased in-stock, it will ship out within 3 days of purchase date. Most orders are shipped within the 24 hours. If the item is not in stock, depending on the item, shipment could take a week or more.

For orders cancelled prior to shipping there will be a 35% restocking fee of your total order, or you can receive the full value of your order to be used as store credit within 12 months of your order date.
