Suncoast Audio Returns Policy 2023


  • All special orders are built to order; therefore, we do not accept returns or provide any refunds on any special orders. No exceptions will be made.
  • We do not accept any returns or provide any refunds on headphones or in-ears. No exceptions will be made.
  • We do not accept returns or provide any refunds on Phono cartridges or Turntables. No exceptions will be made.
  • Vacuum tubes are not returnable or refundable.


Any other items not mentioned above may be returned within 5 days from receipt and only for store credit. All store credit may only be used within the following 12 months after your return is received and approved. A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total cost of the purchased item. Items can only be returned in “perfect condition.” No exceptions will be made. All items must be returned in original packaging, boxes, manuals, accessories, and/or remote controls. Upon receipt, all returns will be subject to approval for return and store credit by Suncoast Audio.

The buyer is 100% responsible for the total shipping costs of any returned item, which is not refundable. No exceptions will be made.

Suncoast Audio does not provide a cash, check, or credit card refund for any item that has been purchased.

All items include the full manufacturer's warranty.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception. You can contact us within 48 hours after the item has been received if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive your item and the box looks damaged, please take a photo of the damage immediately and email it to us or give us a call before proceeding and opening the box.

Any physical or cosmetic defects reported 48 hours after receiving the item become the buyer's responsibility.


Shipping Information

If we have the item you purchased in stock, it will ship out within 3 days of the purchase date. If the item is not in stock, shipment could take a week or more, depending on the item.

For any order that is canceled before shipping, there will be a 30% restocking fee of your total order. Store credit will be provided for the remaining balance and can be used within 12 months.
