Rega Planar 3 Turntable

Designing the new Planar 3 as a successor to the acclaimed RP3 presented a significant challenge. Over two years, Roy Gandy and the Rega team prioritized enhancements in ergonomics, usability, and audio fidelity. Retaining only two parts from the previous model, they developed a lightweight, double-braced plinth laminated with acrylic to reduce energy absorption and resonance. The outcome is a turntable delivering exceptional performance.
