XL DC differs from previous Stabi XL, XL2 & XL4 turntables by using a very special DC motor, a machined plastic belt, and a new power supply (PS DC), which gives a new, unique, and uniformly precise drive to the platter.
The new platter drive lifts this turntable's performance to a new level.
